Family Connectors Leadership Programme
This leadership programme is a next step for parents and carers who have a passion for community and have already engaged in one of Barking and Dagenham’s parenting courses/offers. This programme builds on that foundation by helping people grow as leaders, act on the issues that matter to their families and communities, and advocate for themselves and others. Through practical tools like storytelling, strategy, coaching, and negotiation, parents are supported to step into public life with purpose, build collective power, and lead change rooted in their lived experience. It is about turning care into action, and action into lasting change.
