Have your say!

Did you receive early language support services for your child born between April 2025 and March 2026? If yes, we want to hear from you!

Tell us about your views and experiences of the family hubs’ support services, so we can learn what helps and what could be better for families like yours. Your feedback will contribute to research conducted on behalf of the Department for Education and will be used to improve services to better support families like yours.

Take part in a short survey to share your views and for the chance to win £100, before 17 July 2026 using this link or scanning this QR code.

Your Hubs, Your Voice

Community hubs are welcoming, safe places where you can chat, get support and access services. If you’ve recently visited a hub, we want to hear about your experience.

Cost of Living Survey

Most people are experiencing an increased cost of living. We want to make sure the right support is in the right places, and that people are aware of where they can get help or find ways to help themselves.

Parents and Carers Forum

Parents and carers from across the borough meet every month to give us their views on the Family Hubs programme. There is a supervised creche with qualified staff, transport costs are also refunded and everyone who attends a forum meeting receives a £20 gift voucher. Interpreters can be arranged if needed.

Family Hub Locality Boards

Family Hub Locality Boards are groups of local stakeholders and parents.  They meet six times a year to ensure Family Hubs are meeting the needs of local families and children.  They also monitor what is happening and make sure resources are being used efficiently.
