Course
EPEC Autism is a programme for local parents, run by local parents.
- Get amazing free training, increase your confidence and learn practical parenting skills:
- Feelings, change and meltdowns
- Play attention, behaviour and communication
- Sensory processing difficulties
- Setting boundaries
- Build confidence
- Connect with like-minded parents who also have a child with social communication difficulties or on the autism pathway
Booking
The course runs at 10.00 AM to 12 PM for 10 weeks between 25th September to 4th December 2025 (excluding half term), at Sycamore Trust, 27-29 Woodward Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM9 4SJ, with no creche facilities available.
A ten-week parenting course for families in Barking & Dagenham with a child under four years old who is autistic or experiencing social communication differences. It aims to help parents develop practical skills, confidence, and connections with others.
