Our group sessions for children aged 0–4 and their parents offer a fun, engaging environment to bond and grow together. Through storytelling, cooking, dancing, and other interactive physical activities, families can nurture communication, encourage creativity, and strengthen relationships.

Looking for an activity with your toddler (walking age up to 5years) which you can both enjoy?
These sessions encourage families to dance together, and Increase physical activity and connection.

Helping you feel, more like you again; each session focuses on a different area of the body that takes extra strain in early motherhood. Say goodbye to tired backs, sore shoulders and aching hips!
